  • Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

    A: We are MIQI Apparel which is a manufacturer of workout clothes,Yoga Clothing and focus on manufacturing various workout wear like yoga bra, yoga pants, yoga shorts, tank tops, jackets, hoodies, jogging pant, leggings etc. We are able to supply you with top quality and perfect workmanship.

  • Q2: Will the fabric has color fading issue?

    A: No, we will QC every batch of fabric to make sure they meet the International Quality Standard before bulk production.

  • Q3: What is your IPR policy?

    A: We are always implementing strict to protect our customers’ IPR such as design, logo, artwork, tooling, samples like ourselves.

  • Q4: What's the MOQ?

    A: Flexiable MOQ is acceptable, lower to 100pcs.

  • Q5: Can I put my design logo on the products?

    A: Sure, we can print the logo by heat transfer, silk-screen printing, silicone gel etc. Please advise your logo in advance. Besides, we can also custom your own hangtag, polybag bag, cartons, etc.

  • Q6: Can I do customized design?

    A: Yes, we provide custom made service. OEM and ODM are welcomed,offer customized design/logo/size/color/package etc.

  • Q7: What's your sample policy and lead time?

    A: You can provide us your design artwork and specific fabric requirements. Or pictures of styles then we can make samples to you first.
    Sample fee: 30USD/PC, sample time: 7 working days.
    The sample fee is refundable when bulk order.It takes around one week for sample making once all details confirmed.The charge for new sample making is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order(300 PCS per design per color).

  • Q8: What's the bulk leadtime?

    A: It takes 15-35 days after all details confirmed.

  • Q9: Worried about our product quality?

    A: We will offer free pre-production samples for your confirmation before bulk production. And we will make sure every details of bulk production same as pre-production sample.
    We understand quality is the key factor affects your margin, that is why we conduct 100% QC inspection involved in the whole process of every single item from raw material, workmanship, completed product, packaging, in order to reduce any unnecessary extra cost.

  • Q10: What's your payment terms?

    A: Our payment terms are T/T, Western Union, Moneygram, Trade Assurance. Paypal only available for sample order.

  • Q11: How about the delivery?

    A: This is a problem concerns quite a few customers. As to small packages, we recommend the fastest express by DHL/UPS/FEDEX, etc. For bulk order, seaway will be a cost effective choice when it is not urgent.

  • Q12: What is the shipping cost?

    A: The shipping cost depends on the different shipping ways and the final weights. Please contact us our international sales to provide us your styles and quantity, and then a rough price will be offered for your reference.

  • Q13: What's the production lead time?

    A: Usually, sampling need about 5-7 working days and 20-25 working days for bulk production.

  • Q14: If there is any defective items of bulk order, how to process?

    A: We are responsible for our product quality.If you found some items are unqualified, please contact our sales team then provide us the clear pictures or video about problems. We will check and provide solution in 3 working days. We will redo some goods to you or deduct the corresponding payment from the next order.
